All the products must be returned in unopened or in good condition with the original packaging.
Once the seals have been opened, damaged, or altered in any way, they cannot be returned for any reason.
Due to the specialized nature of contact lenses, please check the lenses thoroughly BEFORE opening the seal to report any issues or concerns as we cannot accept any claims of damaged and faulty lenses after you open the seal.
For non-quality related issues, you’ll get a full refund or 100% store credit after we receive the returned package.
Once we receive and confirm your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please allow up to 7-9 business days for your refund to be processed.
Refunds may be issued to the credit card or PayPal account only that used to make the original purchase.
