Instructions Of Wearing And Caring

How To Put In Your Lens?

Putting contact lenses in and taking them out is easier than you might think.

Always start with clean hands

Always wash your hands thoroughly with soap and dry them well.

Check lens

Put the lens on the top of your index finger. Check to make sure the lens isn’t damaged and that the correct side is facing up and the shape like a bowl with the straight edge.

Gently place the lens on your eyes

Look in the mirror and hold your upper and lower eyelids open with the hand not holding the lens. Or look in front of you or up toward the ceiling and place the lens in your eye.

Roll your eye around gently

Release your eyelid, close your eye slowly, and roll your eye gently to settle the lens in place. If the lens is not comfortable, gently take out the lens, rinse it, and try again.
